Noelle Codispoti, CPCU, ARM

Since becoming its first employee in 2011, Noelle has catapulted GIS through transformational growth to be the industry's premier talent pipeline and leader in matters of talent and recruitment, significantly expanding and diversifying student engagement across all functional areas and industry segments. She previously spent six years with ACE USA (now Chubb), ultimately managing the General Partners Liability unit. A Sigma Chapter alum herself from Temple University whose involvement with GIS spans nearly two decades, Noelle graduated with a with a dual major in Actuarial Science and Risk Management. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards.

Sharla has been a part of GIS since late 2011 and focuses on industry support and partnerships, as well as innovative initiatives connecting students to the industry, including the GammaSAID Diversity & Inclusion Council. Prior to joining GIS, she managed the ACE (now Chubb) Charitable Foundation, and before that was the Grants Manager for the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Sharla studied International Relations and Art History at Mount Holyoke College.

Grace joined GIS in 2013 and oversees chapter development, growth, and engagement. She previously held several roles at the Griffith Insurance Education Foundation, working closely with universities across the country to implement insurance education programming for state and federal legislators, as well as students in higher education. Grace holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wittenberg University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Ashland University.
Alyssa Bouchard, CPCU, ASLI

When Alyssa joined the team in late 2018, she was no stranger to GIS, having served as President of the Rho Chapter, International Student Representative, Trustee, and Vice President of the Alumni Council. She graduated from Appalachian State University with a Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance and has held roles within the industry in insurance, association management, education, and human resources.
Tandeka Nomvete, ARM-E
Director, Chapter Engagement
Tandeka graduated with a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance in December 2013 from Georgia State University, where she served as President of GIS's Zeta Chapter. After graduating, she spent 5 years with Marsh USA, ultimately in the Fort Lauderdale area. Seeking to meaningfully impact students and their career exposure and opportunities in insurance, Tandeka joined GIS in May 2019 as the Director of Chapter Engagement.
