Grace Grant

Grace joined Gamma Iota Sigma in 2013 and has served in multiple roles across the organization focusing on university engagement, chapter expansion, collaborative industry initiatives, and organizational operations. She is responsible for the strategic direction of Gamma Iota Sigma and manages all governance-related matters including the Board of Trustees and its committees. She previously held several roles at the Griffith Insurance Education Foundation, working closely with universities across the country to implement insurance education programming for state and federal legislators. Grace earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Wittenberg University before pursuing a Masters in Educational Leadership from Ashland University. She is an avid runner and sports fan, residing in Powell, OH with her husband and their five children.

Alyssa Bouchard,
MBA, CPCU, ARM, ASLI

Vice President, Industry Engagement

Alyssa Bouchard joined Gamma Iota Sigma in 2018, and has 10+ years of insurance industry experience with a focus on partnership and program development. As Vice President, Industry Engagement, she leads industry relations and strategic partnerships, including management of the Sustaining Partners Program, event sponsors, and industry speakers/programming. Prior to GIS, Alyssa held roles in the wholesale brokerage, human resources, and association management functions of the industry. Alyssa has an undergraduate degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Appalachian State University, an MBA in Insurance from Olivet College, and The Institutes’ CPCU, ASLI, and ARM designations. Alyssa lives in Charlotte, NC and outside of work is passionate about cycling, fashion, her chihuahua, and the Charlotte restaurant scene.

Lindsay Spann,

Lindsay Spann is a skilled leader in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a strong focus on employee engagement, employer branding, curating culture, early talent recruitment, and partnership management. In her most recent role as the Program Manager of Culture and Engagement at IAT Insurance Group, she was responsible for leading their employee engagement and DEI initiatives. She collaborated with executive leadership to enhance the organization's culture by fostering engagement, supporting leaders, and motivating employees to do their best work. Lindsay has over ten years of experience working in various industries, including consulting services, legal, renewable energy, and insurance. She earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from James Madison University, and a Master's in Human Resources Management from The University of Richmond. Additionally, she is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Nikia Stowe, MS

Nikia joined Gamma Iota Sigma in 2021 following many years working on-campus with undergraduate students. She brings a wealth of higher education experience, previously developing fraternity/sorority communities on university campuses throughout the United States. Nikia is responsible for managing relationships with university stakeholders, developing member services, and enhancing chapter operations. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations from Penn State University. She continued on to complete a Masters of Science in Education, specializing in Higher Education Administration, from the University of Pennsylvania. Nikia lives in Philadelphia, PA, and enjoys both traveling and fitness.

Ashley Ganoe, MA

Ashley joined Gamma Iota Sigma in 2021 after 14 years of experience in Higher Education specifically in Greek Life, Residence Life, Student Activities, Enrollment Management, Event Planning and Management, and Leadership. Ashley is responsible for coordinating communications with GIS stakeholders and GIS Grand Chapter events. Ashley obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Dance and a Master's Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Slippery Rock University. She lives in Butler, PA -  about an hour north of Pittsburgh - and enjoys working out, spending time with her husband Bryan, friends, and family, attending the Twins Days Festival with her identical twin sister, and planning events.

Jazmin Jones, MPH, CHES

Manager, Chapter Operations & University Programs

Jazmin joined Gamma Iota Sigma in 2023 following many years of serving in student affairs roles supporting graduate and undergraduate students along with professionals. She has experience in various areas in higher education such as collegiate health, safety and well-being, student leadership development, academic advising, student organization advisement, fraternity and sorority life, and event planning and management. Jazmin is responsible for developing student leaders and enhancing collegiate chapter operations while managing grant and scholarship opportunities for all members.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management and Master of Public Health from Indiana University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Educational Administration at Texas A&M University. Jazmin lives in College Station, Texas, and enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones!
