The Gamma Iota Sigma Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Gamma Iota Sigma, serves a mission of ensuring equitable access to careers in insurance, risk management and actuarial science by lowering social and financial barriers for all students interested in industry careers through four key focus areas: Mental Wellness, Professional Development, Chapter Support and Accessibility. This mission aligns with Gamma Iota Sigma's vision of leveling the playing field so that all students, regardless of background, can pursue their desired career path, ultimately diversifying and sustaining our industry’s talent pipeline.
